Key Responsibilities- Pre-Sales:
- Attend and present at industry conferences to promote our services and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in change management, incorporating new methodologies and tools as appropriate.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to support the promotion and sales of our services.
- Contribute to the creation and presentation of proposals, tenders, and other key documentation.
- Proactively grow a network of contacts and establish a reputation within the industry to generate sales leads.
- Service Delivery:
- Develop comprehensive change management plans for software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful change adoption.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with external clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations during change processes.
- Lead the execution of change management strategies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of business change, digital transformation, adoption, and effective measurement of business impact.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Other Key Activities:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide high-quality, professional services to customers.
- Communicate fully with customers regarding requirements and specifications.
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a project and highlight any risks or issues that may impact this.
- Maintain a high level of governance, ensuring that activity reports and stage gates task lists are completed within the SLA.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customers.
- Deliver expert knowledge of MHR products and services.
- Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to the appropriate level.
- Accountability for individual revenue and utilization target, ensuring that these are met in line with the business plan.
- Promote a positive image of MHR at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance.
