We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and digital adoption across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales:
    • Attend and present at industry conferences to promote our services and build relationships with prospective clients.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in change management, incorporating new methodologies and tools as appropriate.
    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to support the promotion and sales of our services.
    • Contribute to the creation and presentation of proposals, tenders, and other key documentation.
    • Proactively grow a network of contacts and establish a reputation within the industry to generate sales leads.
  • Service Delivery:
    • Develop comprehensive change management plans for software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful change adoption.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with external clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations during change processes.
    • Lead the execution of change management strategies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of business change, digital transformation, adoption, and effective measurement of business impact.
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Other Key Activities:
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide high-quality, professional services to customers.
    • Communicate fully with customers regarding requirements and specifications.
    • Work with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a project and highlight any risks or issues that may impact this.
    • Maintain a high level of governance, ensuring that activity reports and stage gates task lists are completed within the SLA.
    • Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation.
    • Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customers.
    • Deliver expert knowledge of MHR products and services.
    • Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to the appropriate level.
    • Accountability for individual revenue and utilization target, ensuring that these are met in line with the business plan.
    • Promote a positive image of MHR at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance.
    • Support the management team to ensure revenue targets are met as per the business plan.
