About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Consultant to join our team at MHR. As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers transform their operations through digital adoption, improved ways of working, and workplace modernisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans for SaaS product implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, sales, customer support, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with external clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations during change processes.
  • Lead the execution of change management strategies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of business change, digital transformation, adoption, and effective measurement of business impact.
