Operations Change Management Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Operations team as an Operations Change Management Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Operations Change Management process, supporting associates in Operations and the wider business as needed throughout the end-to-end change process.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Operations Change Management process, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the change schedule, key status updates, risks, and issues requiring their attention.
- Track benefits realization of changes to the Operation, ensuring that benefits and improvements committed to by projects are fully realized.
- Lead on changes and improvements to Operations governance, supporting the Operations Leadership team in effectively running the department and discharging their responsibilities.
- Lead on changes and improvements to Operations culture and engagement, ensuring the department delivers on its engagement and inclusion objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the business to support the effectiveness of Operations governance and processes.
