About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of our new people system, Project Connect. This project will bring together People, Finance, and Payroll systems to provide a seamless end-to-end user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end systems implementation, ensuring processes are fit for purpose, user-friendly, and make the most of advanced software available.
  • Identify and present solutions to challenges, lead a group of subject matter experts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure engagement and project success.
  • Play a key role in managing the HR aspects of this transformation, ensuring the workforce is effectively supported throughout the change.
