Job Title: Social Housing Condition Assessor

This is an excellent opportunity to work with TSA Surveying, a prominent building consultancy based in Middlesbrough. As a Social Housing Condition Assessor, you will play a key role in evaluating the condition of various social housing properties. You will need to have experience in stock condition surveying or related fields, as well as strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out site visits to assess the condition of social housing properties
  2. Evaluate the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms
  3. Identify potential health and safety risks at each location

Salary:

£38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in stock condition surveying or related fields
  • Familiarity with the HHSRS system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently using technology
