We have a permanent full-time role available in Teesside.

Job Overview:
As a Housing Management professional, you will contribute to delivering high-quality services to vulnerable individuals by managing a portfolio of properties and tenancies, operating within strict guidelines and procedures set by regulatory bodies.

Primary Duties:
  1. Diligently supporting tenants in understanding and meeting their tenancy obligations, collaborating with local authorities and external agencies when necessary.
  2. Carrying out thorough risk assessments to guarantee safe living conditions and effective delivery of services.
  3. Ensuring that all aspects of tenancy administration are carried out according to regulations and company policies.
  4. Maintaining property standards through effective liaison with maintenance teams.
  5. Fostering strong working relationships with colleagues from various departments to achieve shared goals.

Compensation Package:
A competitive compensation package including a base salary of around £24,000 per year, plus an excellent benefits package such as 25 days of annual leave (with increases every five years) and an enhanced occupational sick pay plan that surpasses legal requirements.
