JAM Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced IT Security Consultant to fill a critical role within our Defence organisation. Based in Warton, Carnforth, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to make a real impact.

As an IT Security Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the Air Cyber service catalogue. This involves working closely with the team to implement and maintain the catalogue's services, as well as developing and delivering Cyber Services KPIs.

You will also be responsible for creating and collating inputs into Air Cyber reporting and driving adoption of and adherence to policies and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of emerging cyber requirements and threats, as well as a comprehensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologies.

iIoT knowledge is an additional benefit, but not necessary. A professional IT Security qualification, such as CISM or CISSP, is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is £59,000, plus an excellent benefits package. With 2-3 days of on-site work per week, this role requires eligibility for security clearance (SC).
