Estee Lauder - Brand Representative - Retail Beauty Sales

Job Summary:

As a Brand Representative for Estee Lauder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-performance skin care and makeup products. You will work closely with our team to create an engaging and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Brand Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the beauty industry, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote Estee Lauder products to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Estee Lauder products and services
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspirational in-store experience
  • Collaborate with the team to create in-store events and promotions
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
