Pertemps is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our client in the Worcester area.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

This role involves working on a weekly rotating 3-shift pattern, covering 24-hour production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to their work and be committed to driving continuous improvement in the production line.

  1. Conducting regular maintenance tasks on production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues, including those related to centrifugal and lobe pumps.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a production/factory environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in repairing and maintaining pumps.
  • Competency in electrical systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 3-shift rotating pattern.
  • Experience working in a food factory is highly desirable.
