As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance.

Estimated Salary Range: £36,000-£38,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The Role:
  • Perform mechanical maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and systems.
  • Conduct general plumbing work, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Air Handling Units (AHUs) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Service and repair Fan Coil Units (FCUs) to maintain proper air conditioning and ventilation functions.


What You'll Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
  • Qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 minimum – any relevant mechanical qualification.
  • Experience in a similar mechanical role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A 'can do' attitude, willing to be flexible.
