About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our care homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the cleaning schedule and ensure that all areas of the care home are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Conduct regular checks to identify and address any areas of concern, such as spills or messes.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that the needs of our residents are met, including providing assistance with personal care and hygiene.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally in a care home setting.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
