We are seeking a skilled Laundry Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our laundry facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Wash, dry, iron, and repair laundry items as needed
- Maintain linen stocks and ensure they are available for daily use
- Report any issues or concerns to the Senior Housekeeper
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient laundry process
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a care home setting
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- A competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and qualifications
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
