Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Child Support Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of teaching assistants to support interventions and additional tuition sessions for young people aged 16-19.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of teaching assistants to provide additional support to students
  • Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to support student learning

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree-level educated
