Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Paediatric and Young Adult Liver Service at King's College Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical psychology services to children and young people with liver conditions, from diagnosis to transition to adult services.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide specialist psychological assessment, treatment, and liaison with other professionals to support children and young people with liver conditions.
- Develop and implement clinical psychology services to meet the needs of children and young people with liver conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care for children and young people with liver conditions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to clinical psychology services.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to junior staff members.
- Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology as accredited by the BPS/HCPC.
- Registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) with practitioner psychologist status.
- Post-doctoral training in one or more specialised areas of psychological practice.
- Experience of working with children and young people with medical needs.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team.
