Children's Home Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Tiptree, Essex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 4-bed home, providing a nurturing environment for children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Ensure the service meets Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our young people
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless transitions and support
  • Manage staffing and recruitment to maintain a skilled and dedicated team

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
  • Proven experience in a residential children's home environment, preferably in a Deputy or Registered Manager's role
