As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at Term Time Teachers, you will be working in a supportive environment to help students with special educational needs achieve their full potential.

The school promotes 'Skills for Life and Independence', preparing pupils for the next phase of their lives and providing them with the best opportunities.

You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support, assist students on a one-to-one or group basis, and adapt lessons to meet specific needs.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and recording students' progress, managing emotional or behavioural challenges, and safeguarding pupil welfare.

To be successful as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of the education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team
