About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing support and guidance on their life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and issues related to their life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
