About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, ensuring a seamless experience during critical moments.
• Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, and supporting families during bereavements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer queries and concerns.
