We are seeking a talented Pension Strategy Consultant to join our team in a home-based location in the UK. As a key member of our pension solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile pension projects that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships between teams, partners, and customers to develop and deliver user-centered solutions within project timeframes and objectives.
  • Work closely with IT to understand technical constraints in journeys and help adjust the journey appropriately.
  • Analyse and monitor client website performance and extract data for use in segmented campaigns.

Requirements

  • You will have experience in pensions administration and consultancy, as well as a strong understanding of financial service digital product journeys.
  • You must be analytical and able to define and review customer journeys.
  • You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate information in front of stakeholders.

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
