Transport Planning Director

RPS is seeking a highly skilled Transport Planning Director to join their UK Transport Planning Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to build on the client base and contribute to RPS' growth and success.

The Transport Planning Director will bring their expertise to all forms of property and infrastructure development, covering energy generation, residential, commercial, sporting, leisure, health, and educational land uses.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the sector, excellent client contacts, first-class communication, leadership, and management skills, and the financial acumen to ensure that the P&L targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business from the client base
  • Recruit and develop a new team
  • Provide clients with expert transport planning advice to secure the success of their land use development projects
