Transport Planning Director Opportunity

RPS Group, a leading global provider of consulting and engineering services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Planning Director to join their UK Transport Planning Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating new business from your client base, recruiting and developing your new team, and providing clients with expert transport planning advice to secure the success of their land use development projects.

About the Role

You will have autonomy with full support from the wider Transport Team to build the business, which supports developers, housebuilders, and infrastructure providers. With experience within this sector, you will already be familiar with the challenges and opportunities that come with this role. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced transport planner, with excellent client contacts, first-class communication, leadership, and management skills, and the financial acumen to ensure that the P&L targets are met.
