Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Reed Property & Construction as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of our facilities, impacting every individual who interacts with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe operation of electrical systems and equipment in our facilities.
  • Manage and maintain electrical installations, including commercial and industrial systems.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate electrical hazards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications equivalent to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations.
  • Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems.
  • Certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th edition.
  • Knowledge of risk and compliance, planning, and project management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and people skills.
