We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Project Manager to join our team at Mapal Group.

Our company is a fast-paced, agile, and multi-cultural organization where we deliver exceptional customer service to the world's largest hospitality providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale enterprise projects within our business, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure maximum utilization and high-quality customer experiences.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Onboarding and involves managing at least 2 other project managers as part of the project management sub-team under the Onboarding organization.

About the Job
  • This is a hands-on role requiring a highly self-motivated and solutions-oriented individual who can coordinate internal resources for flawless project execution.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • A detailed project plan will be developed to monitor and track progress, and changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs will be managed using appropriate verification techniques.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven working experience in project management, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of the project management tool Asana.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Multi-lingual is a requirement, with English being the primary language, and Spanish and/or French being an asset.
  • Team management experience is essential.
