Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will act as the commercial lead for the company on multiple projects, ensuring meticulous cost control and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the commercial lead on multiple civil engineering projects
  • Perform monthly valuations to assess project progress and financial standing
  • Maintain stringent cost control measures to ensure projects are within budget
  • Prepare detailed reports and present them to senior management
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to financial plans
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the civil engineering sector
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
