Boutique commercial law firm Origin Legal seeks a highly skilled lawyer to strengthen the team.

Established in 2012 and turning over almost £2m, this niche law firm has been involved in numerous corporate and commercial property transactions with leading regional businesses.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a Senior Lawyer on high-profile corporate finance, management buyouts, restructuring, shareholder agreements, IP protection, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing deals. They will also be involved in banking and crowdfunding projects.

With a team of 20, the successful candidate will receive support and guidance to excel in their role. The salary for this position is around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, reflecting the firm's commitment to attracting top talent.
