**Claims Administrator**

**THE ROLE**
**About**:
Hutchison Ports (UK) - Port of Felixstowe is the largest deep-water Port in the UK and to support our continued growth and development we are looking to recruit a Claims Administrator to join our Finance Department.

**Key Requirements**:

- Enter all personal injury claims within the claims system.
- Ensure that all administrative regulatory deadlines are adhered to.
- Maintain the claims system, ensuring that reserves are kept up to date and all appropriate documents are saved on all relevant systems along with scanned copy documents.
- Co-ordination and administration of all employers liability claims, Statutory Sick Pay claims in line with the collective agreement.
- Liaise with external parties including lawyers, insurers, claims investigators etc on claims matters.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum 5 GCSEs grades C and above (including English and Maths)
- A minimum one years experience within shipping and or legal.
- Minimum basic level in IT skills including word and excel.
- Must have full driving licence.
