Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Lead Volunteer to join our team at Sue Ryder's charity shop in Finchley. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the shop management with the day-to-day running of the store.
The Role - Trainee Lead Volunteer- We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and proactive, able to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
- You will be responsible for meeting donors, receiving donations, and signing them up to Gift Aid.
- Maintaining shop displays, re-stocking, and performing light cleaning duties will also be part of your responsibilities.
- In addition, you may take on the responsibility of covering the shop in the absence of paid staff once trained and confident.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be reliable, enjoy helping and engaging with customers, and have the ability to work as part of a team.
