Transportation Specialist

HGV Driver
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced HGV driver to join our team in Drainage Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing site maintenance works, including tank cleaning at petrol filling stations and distribution centres.
You will also respond to call-outs for critical issues, carry out near miss and potential incident reporting, and liaise with customers on site to discuss ongoing works and further services.
In addition, you will be required to maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all equipment, tools, PPE and other work items are in good order and repair.
Responsibilities:- To work as part of a team to perform and deliver site maintenance works
- To respond and react to call outs for critical issues
- To carry out near miss & potential incident reporting
- To liaise with customers on site to discuss on-going works and further services
- To maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all equipment, tools, PPE and other work items are in good order and repair
- To complete all paperwork/administration and submit in a timely manner to the divisional supervisor
- HGV/LGV CE driving licence
- Previous knowledge and experience of completing RAMS documentation onsite
- Experience of site maintenance, drainage and delivery of objectives
- Ability to operate on client sites, representing the company at its best at all times
Estimated salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
