About the Role

Vouch Global is a leading creative performance agency specializing in paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), influencer marketing, and social media content and ad creative.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and social media, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage multiple client campaigns, including complex digital marketing and advertising campaigns, influencer marketing campaign launches, and video content projects.
  • Campaign Optimization: Utilize relevant optimization methods to ensure maximum performance and meet client expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage internal Account Executives and ensure all team members are aligned with delegated tasks.
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations, driving performance and ROI.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets and notify stakeholders of cost implications, changes to budget, spending, and cost changes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to develop effective media strategies.
  • Case Studies: Create case studies following the completion of successful campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Extensive knowledge of at least three biddable channels - Paid Social, search, SEO, programmatic, and native.
  • Strong previous experience in Client Servicing.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
