About the Role

As a key member of the HR team at Newcastle Building Society, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop, shape and implement HR approaches aligned to business goals. At a crucial part of our change journey, you will support the delivery of the People Strategy, providing advice, support and guidance to the business to achieve high levels of engagement and people performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify effective approaches within performance management, organisational design and culture to deliver people solutions which enhance colleague experience and build capability.
  • Act as an internal consultant to business leaders, supporting them in creating an inclusive environment where colleagues are able to realise their full potential.
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver business objectives and embed creative strategies which deliver progressive organisational change.
  • Build relationships, communicate, influence and constructively challenge with credibility at all levels.
  • Analyse data to spot key trends and implement action plans.

About You

As a People Partner, you will have a proven track record of using your HR knowledge to drive business results. You will have experience within a fast-paced commercial environment and be CIPD qualified.
