Salary
">The advertised salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum, dependent upon experience, including a competitive wider benefits package.

">This role requires a Facilities Manager with a strong background in customer service and experience in facilities management. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction;">
- Ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations;">

">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven operational knowledge and contractor management experience;">
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, with a preference for retail experience;">
- A IOSH qualification (preferred);">
