Job Overview
Trevett Professional Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary up to £75,000 per annum, plus a company car and comprehensive benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Evaluate risks related to safety, health, environment, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups.
  • Perform planned maintenance and reactive tasks as per the maintenance specification and document them in real-time using the CAFM system.
  • Participate in an on-call rota as part of the management team.
  • Maintain commercial understanding of client contractual deliverables across all services.
  • Collaborate with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives.
  • Negotiate successful contract agreements and drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Implement profit improvement through sales generation and cost-saving initiatives with operations teams.

Essential Experience:
  • Holding a full clean driver's licence.
  • Possessing a recognised hard services industry qualification.
  • Experience managing TFM within Pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments.
  • Proficiency in using a CAFM system to manage engineering teams.
  • Able to establish strong client relationships.
  • Availability for out-of-hours on-call duties.
