Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

The role of a Human Resources Coordinator at Butlin's is to support leaders in their approach to employee relations instances, ensuring fairness and consistency. You will be responsible for advising and coaching on all people-related processes, leading to effective and timely resolutions. About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is either experienced in ER or newly qualified. As an HR Coordinator, you will use key People data to identify trends and make valuable contributions to developing strategies to support and retain our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Microsoft suite and knowledge of relevant policies and processes.
