**About the Company**

Financial Divisions is a professional and award-winning Financial Advice firm with years of experience in handling wealth portfolios of ultra-high net worth individuals. Our team has built a fantastic reputation in the IFA/ Financial Planner community.

We are now seeking a qualified Paraplanner to join our team, who will be responsible for reporting on portfolio performance, analysing market offerings, services and products, and administering and actioning any advice given by the advisor they will be supporting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IFA experience and be diploma qualified, but we will consider applicants with 1 or 2 exams outstanding. They will also have prior experience of working in a financial planning or wealth management firm and be able to develop their skills with financial contributions towards further learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Write financial plans
  • Write annual reviews
  • Write suitability letters
  • Update templates as required and after Budgets
  • Develop all template and client-facing materials
  • Updating IO with client data, emails, docs and tasks
  • Liaise with clients regarding technical replies, end of tax year queries, factual information, getting permission to sell down to withdraw income and lump sums
