We are seeking a highly motivated and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Ealing, West London. This is an excellent opportunity to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and make a positive impact on their educational journey.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEND.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to students, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting students with SEND.
