About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our Outlets Merchandising team at our Central London Head Office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and trading the outlet range to maximize profit and minimize markdowns.

Your Background

  • Previous experience in a Head Office Merchandising role with a strong analytical and numerical skillset
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for developing a long-term career in Merchandising
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and trade the outlet range across own buy and terminal product
  • Ensure terminal stock is cleared in line with business requirements, including management of 3rd party clearance partners
  • Work closely with the outlet product development team to ensure collections are bought and delivered in a timely manner
  • Produce and present weekly trading reports to summarize, analyze, and identify key drivers for trading action
  • Review and reforecast continuity lines on a regular basis
  • Manage monthly order placement and intake plans with suppliers to maintain planned stock levels, identifying lines for promotion, repeats, and risk assessments
  • Chair the monthly business stock meeting to update on the clearing terminal of stock within agreed trading parameters, including presenting key actions to the executive team
