Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Bracknell

We offer an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and career-driven, with experience in the current rental market. They will be responsible for growing new lettings business and income production, supporting the Lettings Manager, and maintaining high-quality customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Grow Volume of New Lettings Business: Develop and implement strategies to increase lettings revenue.
  2. Support the Lettings Manager: Collaborate with the Lettings Manager to direct and lead the operations of the Lettings team.
  3. Appraise and Instruct Properties: Evaluate properties for letting and provide expert guidance to clients.
  4. Maintain High Standards of Customer Care: Ensure exceptional service standards are met and exceeded.
  5. Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve set targets for lettings business and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  6. Arrange Viewing Appointments: Coordinate viewing appointments and secure property lets.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Maintain knowledge of legal obligations and ensure adherence to regulations.
  8. Maintain Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay informed about available properties and market trends.
  9. Support Team Success: Contribute to the overall success of the Lettings team.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience working as a Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Manager.
  2. Listing & valuation experience.
  3. Strong negotiation skills.
  4. High level of customer service skills.
  5. Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  6. Tenacity and drive to succeed.
  7. Ability to respond to change.
  8. A full UK driving license.
