AI Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a remote position with MyWork, a forward-thinking Fintech company.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Quality Assurance Engineer to join our newly established team. As a foundational member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of AI-driven features across our CRM platform, Progressive Web Apps, decisioning engine, and proprietary tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Plan Development: Develop and execute test plans for AI-driven features, establishing QA practices that ensure high-quality integrations.
  • Output Validation: Validate the outputs of AI tools for accuracy and alignment with business objectives across various systems.
  • Performance Testing: Perform stress and performance testing on AI integrations, contributing to foundational practices that will guide the team's approach to quality assurance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues related to AI tools and their integration across different platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously update and maintain test cases to adapt to new AI features and updates, establishing processes that support ongoing improvement within the team.
  • Documentation: Document testing processes and results to ensure traceability and compliance across the proprietary technology stack.

Requirements:

  • Degree-educated or relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in software testing, with a focus on AI/ML applications across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including AI agents and systems that improve through feedback loops within diverse technology environments.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for shaping new teams and influencing the delivery of quality across AI-driven projects.
