MyWork AI Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a remote position with MyWork, an innovative Fintech leader in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans for AI-driven features across multiple platforms.
  • Validate the outputs of AI tools for accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform stress and performance testing on AI integrations.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues related to AI tools.
  • Continuously update and maintain test cases to adapt to new AI features.
  • Document testing processes and results to ensure traceability and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated or relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in software testing with a focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including AI agents and systems that improve through feedback loops.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for shaping new teams and influencing the delivery of quality across AI-driven projects.
