About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team at Cpl Life Sciences. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with software and systems engineers to develop high-quality test specifications and plans.
  • Design and implement automated test solutions to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Perform exploratory testing and manual test planning to identify and report defects.
  • Conduct test execution, results analysis, and report generation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test results.
  • Work on embedded platforms and Windows-based applications, leveraging your expertise in hardware testing and software development.
Requirements
  • A degree-level qualification in Physics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • ISTQB Foundation level certification.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a proven ability to understand and assess complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Background in embedded systems and Windows application testing.
  • Experience with medical devices or a regulated industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and coding experience with C# or C++ is a plus.
