Cloud Software Engineer in Test

On behalf of our client, a leading industrial software company, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Software Engineer in Test to join their team of talented engineers.

The Cloud Software Engineer in Test will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud-based applications. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement test cases and scenarios, and execute tests using automation code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex test cases and scenarios.
  • Analyse results from test suites, including load and performance-based testing.
  • Improve DevOps processes, focusing on optimisation and automation.
  • Collaborate with development teams and participate in coding to resolve and identify problems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on testing experience, preferably with cloud-hosted applications (Azure or AWS).
  • Strong experience with writing automation code (C#).
  • Strong API test automation experience.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Visual Studio framework, C#, and PowerShell.
  • A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
