Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective assessment and intervention strategies for children and families, promoting positive outcomes.
  2. Work closely with colleagues to identify and address risks to children and adults, ensuring safe and inclusive environments.
  3. Provide expert guidance and advice to colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring best practice and adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Professional Social Work qualification (MA/Degree in Social Work or recognised predecessor equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Children's assessment services.
  • Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding procedures, and looked after children statutory guidance.
