Family Engagement Officer Role at Service Care Solutions Ltd
We are seeking a skilled Family Engagement Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd in Hillingdon. As a Family Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in engaging families at the point of entry to our service and building positive working relationships with service users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide front-of-house management and administration functions for our centre.
- Utilize databases and input information with confidence.
- Establish and maintain relationships with site users, parents, carers, and visitors to enhance community development.
- Manage centre enquiries by telephone, email, and face-to-face contact from parents, professionals, and the general public.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Experience with a range of ICT software systems and packages.
