Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Physics Graduate to join our team as a Science educator at a Good Ofsted-rated Secondary School in Hackney, London.

As a Physics Graduate, you will have the opportunity to inspire the next generation of scientists and contribute to the School's mission of fostering student success and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or higher degree in Physics from a Russell Group UK University and a genuine passion for teaching and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging Science lessons
  • Support students in both group sessions and tailored 1:1 interventions
  • Build strong relationships with students and help them develop a passion for Physics and Science
  • Contribute to the School's commitment to student success and staff development

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A 2:1 or higher degree in Physics from a Russell Group UK University
  • A genuine passion for teaching and education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to helping students achieve their best

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £96-£105 per day via PAYE (including holiday pay) and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will also have access to weekly CPD sessions to enhance your skills and development, as well as opportunities for career progression and growth within the School.

Estimated Salary:
Based on a full-time contract until July 2025, the estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £64,440 - £71,100.
