Job Overview
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our community services team. As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and families in our community.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming referrals for community services, collecting relevant information and completing contact assessments.
- Accurately record referrals on RIO and Adastra clinical platforms.
- Ensure timely processing and signposting of referrals to appropriate services.
- Provide excellent communication skills and answer telephone inquiries.
- Work effectively as part of a team and attend mandatory training sessions.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills, including ECDL or willingness to undertake.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- GCSE English and Maths grade C and above.
Continuous Professional Development

- Willingness to complete all statutory and mandatory training, including updates.
- Willingness to undertake further personal and professional development.
Previous Experience
Essential Criteria
- Experience of work within a health or social care setting.
- Ability to share and teach knowledge and skills.
- Experience of dealing with the public in a sensitive manner and awareness of diversity in the community.

- Good knowledge of the needs of vulnerable adults and their carers.
