Job Description

E&C Construction Ltd is a leading construction company based in Barking, East London, with over 50 years of combined experience. We have successfully managed and completed various projects for housing associations, London councils, and other clients within and outside London.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and manage resources efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in the construction industry, and knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and manage resources efficiently.
  2. Leadership and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  3. Experience and Knowledge: Possess experience in the construction industry and knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.
  4. Budget Management: Manage budgets and costs effectively to ensure project profitability.
  5. Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or certifications in construction management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Budget management and cost control skills.
