Contracts Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Join our team as a Contracts Manager - Passive Fire Protection and take on a challenging role that requires strong project management skills and a passion for fire safety.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and lead our Passive Fire Protection projects. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initial enquiry to completion and handover
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, specifications, and British standards
  • Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources
  • Ensure all projects are registered on FIRAS (or other) before starting on site
  • Communicate project expectations to all team members and clients

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management
  • CRB/DBS, CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS
  • Relevant Passive Fire Protection industry experience as Contracts Manager
