About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Girlswear Designer to join our Kidswear team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts for young and older girlswear, working closely with the team to ensure high-quality, latest fashion products for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-street fashion design, commercial awareness of current trends and themes, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop girlswear collections in line with the brand's direction and critical path
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive and on-trend designs
  • Work with production teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and third-party suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in high-street fashion design
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of current trends and themes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
