Project Support Officer Role

As a Project Support Officer at Peregrine, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and management of lessons learned between the OCiP Team, Police Service, and ESMCP. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the SEO Risk Lead to identify, monitor, and report on risks and issues.
  • Supporting the delivery of key reports to the NPEC, providing analysis on the reporting received by individual Police Forces, and presenting relevant and timely management information to enable the NPEC to drive ESN implementation.
  • Supporting the creation and production of documents for external governance reviews.
  • Supporting effective police governance and decision-making to Chief Officer level, including the development of Board papers and other secretariat functions.
  • Supporting multiple projects, providing project support to Thematic Leads as necessary.
  • Acting as a communication hub between OCiP, Police Forces, and ESMCP.
  • Supporting the management of OCiP resourcing requirements to ensure the OCiP ESN team is fully resourced.
  • Seeking appropriate support, guidance, and coaching from within ESMCP.
  • Promoting effective individual and team performance.
