Exciting Opportunity for a Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Estates Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Monitor and maintain gas, electricity, water, and sewage systems
  • Conduct safety inspections and maintain inventory records
  • Operate and maintain plant and equipment, including PPE
  • Stock and store equipment and maintain cleanliness of storage areas
  • Assist with snow and ice clearance and prevention operations

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Previous experience in a maintenance position
  • Friendly and helpful approach
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
